Garlic Cheddar Biscuits are the perfect compliment to any fresh Seafood dish. Deceptively simple, these cheesy biscuits will make your guests swear you spent hours in the kitchen. Shhh! We'll never tell!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick®
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- margarine or butter, melted
- garlic salt
Directions: Heat oven to 450 degrees. Stir the Bisquick, milk and cheese together until a soft, wet dough forms (do no knead). Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush generously with melted butter. Sprinkle with garlic salt and serve. Makes about a dozen small to medium biscuits.
