Bright light and air fill the third floor great room. Complete with a gas burning fireplace and a loaded entertainment center, this room is specifically designed to help you lose track of time! The great room offers two sitting areas, oversized windows and opens onto an oversized sun deck. Indoors or out, we have a breathtaking view of the Gulf. When not in use, the TV and entertainment center hide neatly in custom cabinets above the fireplace. While the sitting areas flow seamlessly into the main dining area—making entertaining a breeze.
Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops highlight this open-format gourmet delight. There's plenty of space with a second sink area located in the kitchen island, which can function as a food prep area or the perfect cocktail wet bar. Designed for the serious cook, this kitchen is completely furnished with all dishes and appliances. All you bring are the groceries!
